To help survivors of abuse reclaim their voice — sharing their stories with care and without using their names, connecting them with support, and shining a light on experiences too often kept in the dark.
Stronger in the Light™ is a survivor-centered project built on a simple idea: no one should have to carry their story alone. Through a story map, an aggregated survey, and a curated library of resources, we give survivors a way to be counted and be heard. Our goal is to turn isolated experiences into collective understanding, so survivors know they are far from alone and the public can grasp how widespread these experiences truly are.
Designed to reduce identifying details, with privacy-minded protections built into core features.
Survivors choose what to share and how much context to include.
Connecting people to support and to one another.
